Seems like i have tried it all and all I get is "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package…" and a roll back of the installation. I have download and install ATK and Asus Smart Gesture mentioned above (4.0.9, 4.0.6, even older version like v2.28) but it still didn't work. I tried editing the registry from @Chaitu's answer but that didn't fix it. Unfortunately I was transferred to a line that required an extension number which I didn't have.
