Ok, try this, go to Settings/Lock screen and security and change screen lock type to Swipe. Can you mark it with Skitch or another program to point it out? The time now is 01:08 AM. Whenever I tried to change the image to something of my preference it showed gray screen with endless loading. Thank you, I've had this issue for months and I thought it was something much greater than a simple setting.

Again, it's not on all wallpapers. Obviously the phone still works fine but it's very annoying seeing a shadow over faces and the rest looks normal. It's really irking me. Other than this issue everything is running great/perfect.
