Since my problem was not on the C: drive, I couldn't verify this. Read the update below for a fix that worked for me. Does anyone know how to fix this? Several times the diagnosis never completed because the laptop would freeze. Sure there's still a zoom issue I have when scrolling on both Edge and Chrome but it's something you can live through.
