Now I'm on the fence because there aren't any notebooks in this price range with the specs that I want - except maybe the new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro. I think there is some connection between this and the issues we are experiencing. Have reported this to Dell recently (as well as a slight defect in the bezel surrounding the touchpad) - they tried going through the calibration process, but to no avail.

I am calling dell about this issue now. The ghost touches would go away after some time. Iflexed the screen by hand and the ghost touch immediately went away! It then prompted me to clear all the cells (all 405 of them) after which the touch screen worked without incident for several hours.

The screen back should have been made of inflexible aluminium to reduce this issue. Imagine the anticipation of opening the laptop and switching on........
