Go to Device Manager and update the display driver for Intel hd 46003. The drivers offered by the Lenovo website evidently are outdated and do not address the resolution detection problem. Make sure to restart your computer after each driver install even if doesn't prompt you to do so. I know I joined several weeks after this thread may have been considered closed, but I'd be really interested to hear if anyone has resolved this sort of problem. look at this web-site
