I went back to 355.82 and so far I'm running with no problems. Game running in backround constantly under 20fps without sound. I'm starting to experience the same thing... I was within my return period so I put the old hard drive back in and then returned it and got the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro and have been highly impressed
